01 . Discussions are sequenced

The Discussions will be sequenced and time-boxed, and the participant stays on topic and is information which is relevant to the challenge you are trying to tackle. This will help us avoid someone giving ideas and solutions while we are still trying to define the challenge.

02 . Discussions are Visualised

This is where the fun starts. All relevant information and topics are easily readable and scannable at all points during the workshop. It’s extremely difficult for a group to keep more than a few pieces of data in their heads at once. The workshop removes this burden by visualising the conversations in a standardised way.

03. We Work Alone, Together

Participants in our workshops are working towards the same goal, always collaborating together in real-time, but they rarely communicate or share ideas freely. Ideas and conversation points are created individually and then anonymised to reduce idea contamination, group thinking, and group biases. This allows even the most introverted group members to present ideas and topics they might usually not get a chance to articulate.

04 . There’s Always a Decision

We don’t end any workshop without a decision. Workshops must end with clear next steps and clear responsibilities assigned. Because of this, we don’t start any workshop without deciding which participant will be the decider in case of a death lock.

We always start every project with the Insights Intensive.  This fast track to clarity  will get you and all parties involved discuss the details of the vision and project. This will help you get a birds eye view at your challenges and insights for you to act on. After this you will walk away with a clear roadmap. The costs of the Insights Intensive is applied to the full project if you choose to move forward.

It is by far the best way to get clarity on what the needs are, uncover areas that haven’t been considered before, define risks, and work on the project planning requirements.
